It's funny to see Isaac moving around so much in his crib. He was really happy this morning. I think we need to lower the crib soon since he can peak his head over the edge :)

Cardinals/Cubs Game!

Friday night we went to the Cardinals/Cubs game in St. Louis with some good friends. It was a beautiful night and the Cards won to make it even better! It was also our first night away from Isaac... I somehow survived :)

Tulips Thursday

Today we got out and enjoyed the sunshine. We went out for lunch and then headed downtown to enjoy the spring scenery by the courthouse plaza. As you can see the tulips and flowering trees were just beautiful. We didn't get any smiles out of Isaac because he was so busy taking it all in!

A Visit with Good Friends

Wednesday night we went to Bloomington to get together with our good friends , the Lakamps and the Blackorbys. It was the first time all our little ones were together! So fun!

The Army Crawl Video

Here's a little video of Isaac doing his army crawl. This is when he was just starting to do it so he moves a lot faster now. Look out... time to baby proof. He's into everything now.

Friday we had Stan, Susan, and Grandpa and Grandma Kannas over for Supper. It was another good day!!

Trip Back to South Dakota---Thursday

Thursday we went to Fargo. We got to see what was new on the Concordia Campus. We also got to visit a very dear friend/college roommate-Anita! It was great seeing her and we had such a lovely time!

Trip back to South Dakota---Wednesday

We had a great trip back home to South Dakota. On Wednesday we went to town to visit Grandpa and Grandma Kannas. Isaac had fun with his Great Grandparents!

Easter Sunday

Isaac had a fun first Easter. He liked playing with all the eggs and his news toys.

Saturday with the Babbs Boys

The Babbs boys came up for the afternoon. We checked out a little carnival and then spent some time at the outdoor mall.







I tried to get a picture of all the Babbs Boys but Nicolas ran off as you can tell by Dave and John's heads turning.

Isaac tried chicken and gravy for the first time the other day. He wasn't a big fan as you will see by some of the faces he makes here. Make sure you watch the video to the end at which point you will get a fun surprise! hee, hee.

Grandma Shelley got Isaac these teddy bear pj's. Check out the back side of his jammies. It's pretty funny!
