Isaac's 1 YEAR Pictures!!!

Our little peanut is almost 1!! Here are his 1 year pictures!!

These pictures really need no description. You may be wondering though why he is sitting in his booster seat. That's because he went through a phase where he absolutely refused to sit in his highchair. Still is a challenge to get him in it now, so we find a random object in the house for him to hold as a distraction while we strap him in. Believe me, it's tough to find new distractions for each meal :) Oh, to be a parent :) Ha, ha!

Our 4 Year Wedding Anniversary

Today we celebrated our 4 year anniversary!! It was a wonderful day. Dave sent me roses and I made him a nice romantic dinner at home. We watched our wedding video which was fun. That weekend we also got to go out for dinner while my brother-in-law and sister-in-law watched Isaac. It's been a GREAT 4 years! We are so blessed.

Burgers on the Boardwalk at Cyd's Cafe!

It was a beautiful Wednesday night so we decided to check out "Burgers on the Boardwalk" at this awesome cafe in town called Cyd's. We sat outside and listened to some great music. Such a perfect summer night! Awesome food by the way too!

He loves to stand up to the patio door and look outside. We keep it locked all the time since he can now slide it open.... little stinker :)

Cincinnati Vacation

Last minute, we decided to go to Cincinnati for the 4th of July weekend. It was a great trip and we enjoyed seeing somewhere new.

Here we are stopped at a gas station and Isaac had fun watching the cars go by



On Friday, we crossed the river to Newport, Kentucky.

There was a beautiful park along the river. This is the start of the "International Friendship Park." Just gorgeous.
