Met up with my old college roommates this weekend. We hadn't been together in so long. Sure did miss my boys but it was a great girls weekend!

Birthday party #2 with Friends

The Saturday following Isaac's actual birthday we had another party and invited some close friends of ours. It was a gorgeous day so all the kids had fun playing outside!!

Family Fun on Friday

The family got to Peoria on Friday for Isaac's birthday weekend. Friday night we went out to eat at Granite City. Such a beautiful night too!


Mom brought us our earnings from her rummage sale. She still keeps track of how much we make (her choice) and she put our money in these cute little envelopes. We had some fun with it.

First REAL Haircut

Isaac had his first Big Boy haircut with my stylist. I've given him many haircuts but this time it was the real deal. He did so good!

Cousin Rachel Visits!!

My cousin Rachel was passing through Peoria on her way back to Iowa City so she stopped by for a quick visit. It was soooooooo good to see her and here are a few pictures we took. We had trouble getting Isaac to look at the camera as you can see but we finally got a good one in the end :) These make me laugh :)

Naperville, Illinois

We took a day trip to Naperville, Illinois. They had a real cute downtown area and then we checked out their Riverwalk which was just beautiful! Thankfully the rain stopped for us to do that!
